Bradford F. Englander is a partner in the Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group of Whiteford Taylor & Preston LLP. Mr. Englander represents debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees, creditors and other parties in interest in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, workouts, acquisitions and creditors rights litigation. Mr. Englander is admitted in California, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is the chair of the Partnership and Limited Liability Entities Subcommittee of the ABA Business Law Section Business Bankruptcy Committee. Mr. Englander received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1980, and his J.D. from the Washington & Lee School of Law in 1985.
