ABOUT
Shoshana Zimmerman is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group and is based in Los Angeles. Ms. Zimmerman specializes in representing companies on both the buy and sell sides of mergers and acquisitions. Her practice is currently focused on private equity clients pursuing middle market acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies. She also represents emerging growth clients and is a member of the Stradling’s technology transactions team, in such capacity she assists her clients with corporate governance matters, venture financings and the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. Shoshana earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California and an LL.M. in International Business Law, with distinction, from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
