Jayne Juvan chairs the Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities & Capital Markets practice groups at Tucker Ellis LLP and is the vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Corporate Governance Committee. Her legal practice focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She assists corporate boards to institute best practices in an effort to maximize effectiveness and also advises boards during their most challenging situations.
