The author of the Eagle Technologies hypothetical, Aaron S. Applebaum, is an associate in the Delaware office of DLA Piper LLP (US). Aaron represents debtors, creditors, committees and trustees in complex bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts and commercial litigation. Aaron has experience managing all aspects of complex chapter 11 cases, including “first-day” hearings, section 363 sales, cash collateral and debtor-in-possession financing, plan and disclosure statements, claim review and negotiations with creditors, committees and other constituents. Has also regularly represents assignees in Delaware assignment for the benefit of creditor proceedings.
