ABOUT
Adine S. Momoh is a trial attorney with nearly two decades of private and public sector experience in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts across the country, from case development to strategy, discovery to motion practice, trial (bench and jury trials) to appeal, and settlement. As an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, Ms. Momoh is the Office’s Bankruptcy Coordinator and head of its Bankruptcy Unit, where she serves as the lead bankruptcy attorney representing the United States and its agencies in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases and adversary proceedings throughout the District of Minnesota and Eighth Circuit. She also prosecutes various affirmative matters for the United States and its agencies, such as civil rights enforcement, fraud, and immigration. Previously, Ms. Momoh was an equity partner and trial attorney in the Minneapolis office of Stinson LLP.
