
ABOUT
Adrian Walters is a Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in the USA and a Visiting Professor at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, his hometown institution in the UK, where he was formerly the Geldards LLP Professor of Corporate and Insolvency Law. He teaches bankruptcy law, international bankruptcy law, contracts, and secured transactions and focuses in particular on the US and UK systems. He is a member of the International Insolvency Institute, the American College of Bankruptcy, the American Bankruptcy Institute, INSOL International, INSOL Europe, and an honorary member of the UK’s Chancery Bar Association.
