He advises debtors or their stakeholders on out-of-court restructurings, as well as on in-court restructuring or insolvency proceedings, both domestic or cross-border. Member of the Group of Experts on restructuring and insolvency law established to assist the European Commission (DG Justice) in relation with the preparation of legislative proposals and policy initiatives. |
