Nabi is a Vice President at Analysis Group, Inc., a consulting firm that provides economic, financial, and strategic analysis and expert testimony to law firms, corporations, and government agencies. Mr. Nabi specializes in quantitative analyses and financial modeling in support of complex finance and securities, and commercial litigation and damages matters. He has performed sophisticated analyses on cases involving allegations of securities fraud, including: evaluating class certification issues; analyzing alleged misrepresentations and omissions contained in offering materials and other company disclosures; evaluating due diligence processes; assessing compliance with fiduciary duties; and performing risk and investment suitability analyses. Mr. Nabi has been involved in and managed case teams during all phases of the litigation process, from assisting clients in pretrial discovery to supporting academic and industry experts in report and trial preparation.
