ABOUT
Alan Butler is Executive Director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), a nonprofit advocacy center in Washington, DC, that works to secure the fundamental right to privacy in the digital age. He has spent more than a decade litigating privacy cases and engaging with policymakers on emerging privacy issues. He also serves as the Co-chair of the Privacy and Information Protection Committee of the ABA Section on Civil Rights and Social Justice.
