ABOUT
Alix’s practice focuses primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, technology and general corporate matters. Alix joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and completed her articles with the firm in 2012-2013. Alix returned as an associate in 2013 and transferred to the New York office in 2015.
