Alma is a Senior Associate at Astura. Her practice covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Financing and Litigation. Prior to joining Astura, she practiced both corporate law and information technology at several high-profile law firms in Paris and at the legal department of La Française des Jeux. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2019, Alma holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris-Dauphine and a University Diploma in Advanced Languages and Civilizations (English and Spanish) from Université Paris-Saclay (formerly Université Paris-Sud XI). She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
