Andrea Brooks is an associate with Wilks, Lukoff & Bracegirdle and concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation before all Delaware courts. Before joining the firm in June 2009, Andrea was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware. Andrea graduated cum laude from Widener University Law School in 2007 and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2004.
Andrea’s recent experience includes:
Representing a real estate developer in expedited litigation before the Court of Chancery seeking to declare and enforce the terms of an easement granted to a utility company.
Defending a global pharmaceutical and health care company against multimillion dollar breach of contract claims in the Court of Chancery.
Representing a commercial landlord in Superior Court litigation arising from the plaintiff’s alleged exposure to mold in the workplace.
