ABOUT
Andrew Gunpat is an associate at Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto, Canada. His corporate law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance and corporate/commercial matters. Andrew has represented clients in multiple sectors on a variety of transactions including public and private M&A, financings, listings, and reverse takeovers.
Andrew also serves as an instructor of the Corporate Finance course at the University of Windsor Law School and regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono program which involves providing advice to pro bono clients on various matters. He is also a Committee Member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association’s Young Professionals Committee.
Andrew obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor and also holds a Certificate in Canadian Securities Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) with Distinction from the University of Guelph.
