Andrew J. Ligotti is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group at Alston & Bird where he represents clients in all areas of intellectual property, including trademark and patent litigation in federal district courts as well as patent validity proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
