Andrew Webb is an attorney at the Chicago office of Equip For Equality, the protection and advocacy system dedicated to protecting the civil rights of people with disabilities throughout Illinois. He works to ensure the accessibility of healthcare services and public accommodations for people with disabilities, and manages Equip For Equality’s Access Technology Program. Andrew is blind as well as hard of hearing, and routinely utilizes access technology and a variety of adaptive techniques in the course of his legal practice.
