ABOUT
Angela Sadat is an associate in the firm’s Transactions and Corporate Counseling Group. Her practice primarily involves counseling Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues. During law school, Angela served as a legal intern at the Education Law Center in Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Ghana.
