ABOUT
Ania Izabela Rynarzewska, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Georgia College and State University. She received her PhD in Mass Communication from Florida State University, with an emphasis on Marketing and Quantitative Tools. She studies online communities, consumer welfare, and marketplace misconduct using mixed methods, highlighting the effects of businesses and institutions walking a thin line between ethical/unethical and legal/illegal behaviors. Her academic research and consulting uncover and measure the effects of business behavior on consumers, businesses, and society, particularly through the lens of social media, consumer vulnerability, and dark-side marketing.
