Arleen Nand is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She represents commercial, cooperative, development and investment banks as well as corporations in cross-border and domestic financings. Arleen has structured, drafted and negotiated more than $40 billion of investment grade, leveraged finance and commercial paper transactions.
Arleen is a co-chair of the American Bar Association’s UCC International Commercial Law Subcommittee and is a Regent and Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. She also serves as co-chair of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Financial Services Affinity Group and frequently writes and speaks on commercial finance topics
