Bailey Sprout is an associate at Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto, Canada. Bailey is building a broad corporate law practice focusing on both domestic and cross-border private and public acquisitions, securities and capital markets, and corporate finance. Bailey has experience working on a range of transactions including private placements, public and private acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, securities regulation matters, financings, and reverse takeovers.
Bailey returned to Miller Thomson as an associate after summering and articling at the firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022, following the completion of her Juris Doctor at Queens University Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Bailey completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
