Benjamin A. Glinton

Fordham University School of Law

    ABOUT

Benny Glinton grew up in The Bahamas, where an early interest in the tourism industry led him to Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration, concentrating in finance, accounting, and real estate. He spent his undergraduate summers in credit investing and real estate development — work that drew him to the practice of transactional law. He enrolled at Fordham University School of Law following his graduation from Cornell.

During his time in law school, Benny has focused his studies on corporate and transactional law. He spent both his 1L and 2L summers as a summer associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, working on corporate and private client matters. He is expected to graduate in 2027 and will be returning as an associate to Willkie Farr & Gallagher. His paper “Understanding the Impact of AI on the Legal Profession,” which won third place in the ABA Business Law Section’s 2026 Mendes Hershman Student Writing Contest, grew out of conversations with Professor Maurizio Levi-Minzi about the future of artificial intelligence in transactional practice, and Benny is grateful to him for the discussions that shaped it.
