Benjamin J. Eichel is a partner at Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky P.C., where he is a key member of the firm’s national class action practice. An experienced commercial litigator, Ben focuses his practice on class action litigation, antitrust matters, and complex breach-of-contract disputes. His antitrust work spans price-fixing, price discrimination, predatory pricing, monopolization, group boycotts, and tying and exclusive-dealing claims, and he has represented clients before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the International Chamber of Commerce—including an ICC arbitration in Paris on behalf of German affiliates of a global semiconductor company. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year from 2023 through 2026.
