Ben Stearns is an attorney at Carlton Fields. He counsels property and casualty insurers on regulatory matters, including insurer formation, licensing, compliance, product development and reinsurance. Mr. Stearns also litigates insurance coverage and bad faith matters on behalf of insurers, and lobbies the Florida Legislature and Executive Branch. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Stearns lived and worked briefly in England and Japan.
