ABOUT
Bo Cook graduated first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law where the faculty voted him the “Outstanding Graduate” of the Class of 2018. He also received the Class of 2004 Concentration in Business Transactions Award and a Chancellor’s Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise.
In the fall of 2018 Bo will join the Nashville, Tennessee office of Bass, Berry & Sims as an associate where he will practice in the areas of Corporate & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions.
