Bouke Boersma is resident senior associate in Houthoff Buruma’s New York office. He advises on Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean (including Curaçao and Aruba) and Suriname law and specializes in corporate, finance transactions, and arbitrations. His clients include banks, multinationals, private equity funds and states. Bouke was a member of the Houthoff team that successfully obtained annulment of the largest arbitral award ever rendered. Bouke is admitted to the bars of Amsterdam and New York State.
