Brandon Dickerson has a broad business law practice in the areas of corporate transactions, health care, and nonprofit law. In the nonprofit realm, Brandon has assisted clients with a vast array of issues, including applications for tax exemptions, mergers and acquisitions, formation and dissolution, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, gift management, charitable gaming, tax controversies, executive compensation, and a variety of transactional matters. In 2016, the Nonprofit Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section awarded Brandon with the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award, which is based on client nominations and recognizes an attorney who has made outstanding contributions to the nonprofit sector and/or the development of nonprofit law.
