Brendon Ishikawa is author of Crafting Settlement Agreements: A Guidebook for Attorneys and Mediators (forthcoming ABA Business Litigation Section 2018), and is coauthor, with Dana Curtis, of Appellate Mediation: A Guidebook for Attorneys and Mediators (ABA Dispute Resolution Section 2016). Mr. Ishikawa is certified as a specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He serves as lead appellate court attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Third District. He regularly writes about and teaches appellate law, litigation risk analysis, and other mediation-related skills to attorneys and mediators.
