Brian Haderspock is a seasoned Bolivian lawyer with a decade of expertise in commercial, business, and arbitration law. He is currently a second-year law student (2L) at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law and will be graduating in the Fall of 2025. As a foreign attorney, Brian has authored two insightful essays on arbitration in Bolivia and comprehensive monographs on intellectual property and limited liability companies in the country. His extensive legal background and academic contributions underscore his commitment to advancing the field of law both locally and internationally.
