Brian S. North is a shareholder in the Philadelphia and New York offices of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where he is a member of the firm’s Corporate Section. Mr. North’s practice includes advising public and private companies on capital market transactions, securities compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is currently Co-Chair of the Securities Practice Group and represents clients in a wide variety of industries.
