Brooke Conkle is an associate in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice, with a primary focus on Financial Services Litigation. Brooke focuses her practice on complex litigation and federal consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Regulation V, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws. Brooke is part of Troutman Sanders’ national practice defending consumer-facing companies of all types in defense of both individual and class action claims. Brooke has been counsel in individual and class action cases in many states, including Virginia, California, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. She has also been counsel in complex regulatory investigations of consumer-facing companies.
