ABOUT
Byeongsook Seo is a member of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P.’s commercial litigation practice. He represents clients in complex and, often, heated disputes related to failed business ventures and disputes among business partners, executives, owners, and directors. Byeongsook is a member and Vice-Chair of the Business Divorce Subcommittee of the ABA Business Law Section Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation. His honors include Colorado Super Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America Fellow, and The Best Lawyers in America. Byeongsook graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and obtained his law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
