ABOUT
Candace is a commercial lawyer focused on technology transactions, data licensing, and related security issues and procurement and supply chain matters. She managed legal support for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s procurement and technology functions for more than a decade. Before that Candace had been a partner at a mid-size Midwest law firm where she worked with software companies and entrepreneurs.
Candace is a former chair of the Business Law Section’s Cyberspace Law Committee, and she currently chairs the Committee’s Cloud & Enterprise Technology Subcommittee. She is a former member of the ABA’s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. During her term on the Task Force, she coauthored the Vendor Contracting Project: Cybersecurity Checklist (1st ed. 2016).
