Cara Bradley is a General Counsel with extensive experience in high-growth technology environments, particularly in SaaS and other tech-driven sectors. She has experience helping companies navigate legal and business challenges, particularly in the areas of technology licensing, M&A, corporate governance, international expansion, cybersecurity privacy and crisis management. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management software.
