ABOUT
Caroline Shinkle is an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as President of the Harvard Law School Golf Association. Prior to attending law school, she worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. She is an active member of the ABA Business Law Section.
