Charlotte May (Partner, Covington & Burling LLP) advises a wide range of corporate clients on corporate and securities matters. She regularly handles capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance, securities disclosure, and compliance issues. She advises a wide range of corporate clients and has particular experience in the financial institution, FinTech and life sciences space. She is co-chair of the firm’s FinTech Initiative Group and also acts as the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Women in M&A Subcommittee.
