Christopher Horn concentrates on bank regulatory and securities matters, with particular emphasis on securitizations and structured finance. He advises banks on credit‑risk transfer (CRT) transactions and other capital‑optimization strategies, and represents issuers, borrowers, and commercial and investment banks in public and private asset‑backed securities offerings and other financings involving a wide range of asset classes. Chris regularly counsels clients on the regulatory aspects of securitization and structured finance, focusing on the evolving implications of the U.S. bank regulatory capital rules and the Dodd‑Frank Act.
