Cindy Kim is an associate at Miller Thomson LLP in London, Canada. Cindy is building a comprehensive business law practice focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Cindy has experience in lending and asset-based financing transactions, asset and share purchase transactions, incorporations, and corporate reorganizations. Cindy summered and articled with Miller Thomson LLP.
Cindy obtained her law degree from Western University, where she worked as the director of the Western Business Law Clinic, providing legal services to small businesses across Southwestern Ontario. Before attending law school, Cindy received her Bachelor of Science Honours Specialization in Genetics and her Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University in 2015 and 2018, respectively.
