ABOUT
Crystal Armstrong is an associate in the Healthcare and Tax, Trusts & Estates practice groups at Spencer Fane LLP in Nashville, Tennessee. She previously practiced at an international law firm in Dallas and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Tennessee.
Ms. Armstrong earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and is currently pursuing a part-time Tax LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center. Before entering law, she spent five years as a school psychologist, having earned her M.A. and Ed.S. in School Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
Ms. Armstrong serves a member of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra. Ms. Armstrong also serves as Networking Co-Chair for the Lawyers Association for Women (Nashville) and on the Advisory Committee for Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts (VLPA). In 2026, she was selected for inclusion in the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
