ABOUT
Hyunju (Crystal) Park is a corporate associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate finance matters. She works with private companies, investors, and strategic acquirers on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Crystal is actively involved in the legal profession through leadership roles with the Business Law Sections of the of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and American Bar Association (ABA), the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the ITLNCA Networks Association. She is currently the Vice Chair of the OBA Business Law Section and Co-Chair of the ABA Angel Venture Capital Subcommittee. She holds graduate law degrees from South Korea, Macau SAR (China) and Canada, complemented by executive education in mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis and valuation.
