ABOUT
Cynthia Suarez is an associate in the firm’s New York office and represents investors, private and public companies, as well as financial institutions. Her experience includes assisting health care industry clients with regulatory due diligence, corporate matters, legal and regulatory compliance issues, and change of ownership for Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers and state licensure. She assists public and private companies, and financial services and banking clients in a range of complex business transactions, including private equity transaction financing, public and private offerings of securities, and related general corporate counseling. During law school, she interned for the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the Veterans Legal Institute. Prior to law school, Cynthia worked as a Social Work Assistant for Home Health Agencies.
