Mr. Aronson is a partner and leader of the firm’s Corporate, Securities and M&A practice. Danny has extensive experience representing business clients of all shapes and sizes, including closely-held and family businesses, small and Fortune 100 public companies, and their boards, managers and significant owners. He regularly counsels clients in all phases of their formation, development, financing and transactional activities, including in initial and ongoing structuring, public and private securities offerings, other sophisticated finance and capital markets transactions, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
Danny’s specific industry experience includes automobile, consumer products, healthcare, logistics, medical device, energy/resources, food and beverage, financial services, gaming, insurance, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, security systems, software technology and telecommunications. He has also participated in drafting and commenting on Florida’s corporate, LLC and M&A-related statutes, including various revisions over the years via the Florida Bar Business Law Section to the Florida Business Corporation Act.
Danny has consistently been recognized as a leading practitioner and contributor in the legal profession and is nationally “ranked” and recognized in his key practice areas by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal and other publications. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, immediate past Chair of the Florida Venture Forum, member of the University of Florida’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Executive Advisory Board and a frequent author and lecturer.
