ABOUT
DANIEL PHILION has extensive experience in debt finance transactions with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance. Dan represents lenders, including alternative lenders, asset managers and traditional banks, as well as borrowers, including both corporate and private equity borrowers, in a variety of secured and unsecured, domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Dan also leverages his prior experience as the general counsel for a global software company to serve his clients’ legal and business needs in a general advisory and outside general counsel role.
