ABOUT
Daniel Pereira concentrates his practice on litigation and transactional matters with a focus on advising clients on commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related and creditors’ rights issues. Daniel has experience in cross-border insolvency and restructuring proceedings. He also has experience advising commercial lenders in loan enforcement matters including workouts and foreclosures.
Daniel received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he was a lead editor of Drexel Law Review and received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
