Danielle B. Abada is Senior Counsel to Commissioner Kristin N. Johnson at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Prior to joining the CFTC, Danielle worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s general practice group, primarily focusing on financial services, commodities, futures and derivatives, and capital markets. Danielle received her JD from Yale Law School, MBA from the Yale School of Management, and BS from Cornell University.
