Dan Avery is a Director in the corporate law group of Goulston & Storrs, resident in the firm’s DC and Boston offices. Dan is a member of the ABA committee which publishes the biannual Private Company M&A Deal Points Study, and is the author of a 25-article series on M&A market trends published by Bloomberg Law. Dan represents US and international companies across a variety of industry sectors.
