Scottish solicitor, Commercial Law Consultant at Inksters in Scotland. David has more than 45 years of experience in IP, Technology and Privacy/Data Protection Law. He was a visiting Professor at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, where he taught EU Law and Privacy Law. He is Chair of the Cyberspace Committee Cross-Border Law and Technology Sub-Committee. He has authored and jointly authored several publications for the American Bar Association on technology and privacy law. The 2nd Edition of his latest book EU Competition Law – An Antitrust Primer has just been published.
