David is a partner in the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Group at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP where he focuses on civil and criminal tax controversies, other financial and white collar crimes, regulatory enforcement matters and business litigation. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice, Criminal Tax Section.
