Diane Holt, Bloomberg Law’s Team Lead – Transactions, develops practical guidance, analysis and tools for transactional lawyers. Previously, she served as international transactional counsel for Enel, SpA, the Italian electric monopoly, in Rome, Italy. She has also worked with a number of Central European regional operations in transition, and she managed Central European Advisory Group, the regional legal and business consultancy. Diane also spent many years mediating family law cases for the DC Superior Court, and she speaks Spanish, Italian, French and Czech.
