Douglas L. Toering is a partner at Mantese Honigman, P.C., with locations in Troy (Detroit), Michigan; New York City; St. Louis; and Miami. Mr. Toering is a past chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section, for which he currently chairs the Business Courts Committee and the Commercial Litigation Committee. He is the 2021 recipient of the Stephen H. Schulman Outstanding Business Lawyer Award. His primary focus of practice is business litigation, especially business divorces.
