Elizabeth Napps is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets group, where she represents a variety of financial institutions, including regional banks, community banks, and non-traditional lenders. She works with clients on a range of transactional matters, including commercial real estate loan transactions and international financings for development finance institutions.
Elizabeth also has experience advising clients on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, including Stark and Anti-kickback.
