Elizabeth Yazgi is Assistant General Counsel at LSTA. A member of the senior leadership team, Elizabeth assists with the drafting of LSTA’s standardized credit documentation and engages with loan market participants on developments in the loan space. She also leads the Association’s sustainable lending projects. Elizabeth formerly practiced as a finance attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP (NY) and received a J.D. from NYU School of Law. She is admitted as an attorney in New York.
